GX-Ware Resource Control

Companies and organizations often require information about a resource, such as an employee, to be available at the touch of a button. Such information must be concise, accurate, and presented in an easily understandable way that promotes cross referencing and comparison with other data.

GX-Ware provides a complete set of resource management tools that will allow access to information in a clear and precise manner.

Our main window has easy to use buttons and menu options allowing new items to be added, modified and deleted.

In this picture a new employee - Mr Darth Vader is being added to the system:

Once the basic details have been filled in the new item appears in the main window. Information about the employee is organized in Pages and Lines.

Pages are displayed on the top right and in the case of the above example include Credit Details, Item Addresses, Item Details and Security Information. Pages are used to group related Lines of information.

Lines are displayed on the bottom right and in the picture above where the Item Addresses page has been selected include Address First Line, Town and Country.

When GX-Ware is installed a standard set of Pages and Lines are created. However you can add new ones to customize the application to suit your own needs.

In the following picture our Page and Line Manager tool is being used to allow us to record laundry information for each employee.

The main window is updated as soon as the new page and lines are added. Mr Vader's washing can then be recorded.

Items are listed alphabetically on the left hand side of the main window or can be grouped according to start letter. In the following picture a search is being carried out for a particular item:

GX-Ware Resource Control requires fewer actions and fewer clicks to accomplish important tasks than many other applications. Combined with our simple but attractive layout and our extensive help file your staff will be able to retrieve and enter information with confidence regardless of their skill level.
