If you have had an issue or error with your software then this form can be used to report it.

The issue you have experienced may have already been reported by someone else and an update might be available. To find out if this is the case please check our Updates And Fixes page.

We will endeavor to fix all problems as soon as possible however please note that support is only available to registered customers. If you have not registered your product then you can do so on the Product Registration page.
