This section presents a few screenshots of GX-Ware Resource Control in action:

 

This first shot demonstrates resource management, in this example information is categorized under customer name, (listed on the left). Various sub categories are available for which individual data items are displayed clearly and concisely. A Find window is also visible allowing the user to locate individual customers.

 

The second shot shows GX-Ware Security Scanning. Using a hand card reader connected to the computer an operator swipes customers in and out of the system. The window visible in the centre of the screen indicates the last person scanned and the green light indicates that they have been scanned in. The Show Details button can also be pressed to show more information about each person as their cards are swiped, (below).

 

 

The next picture is a report produced by GX-Ware Reports and shows all card swipes between the dates of 1st March and 20th April 2005. Note that a variety of reports are supplied with GX-Ware as standard.

 

The next figure is an HTML version of the above report. All reports can be saved as HTML, (web pages), for the purposes of backup and to allow data to be mounted on company web sites if appropriate.

 

The next picture is a screen shot of the help manual provided with GX-Ware. In this case the user has requested help on creating the security reports displayed above.
